Dr. Robbie Buechler, MD/PhD

& Neurology Residency

Fellowships (2):  The Mayo Clinic – Sleep Medicine & Neurophysiology

Dr. Buechler grew up in the Midwest with a strong work ethic and a highly supportive, close family with strong values.  He fell in love with the Southeast after completing his training at Duke University including chief residency.  There he developed an interest in neurophysiology and sleep medicine.  He decided to further his training in these areas with fellowships at The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.

Returning to the Carolinas after this, Dr. Buechler practices sleep medicine and neurology in both North and South Carolina, including his office in Asheville.  Aside from medicine, he spends much of his time with his family including wife and two children.  He loves the outdoors and enjoys kayaking and photography.
